Kimberly Benoit (Guest)
Kimberly is a certified leadership coach, consultant, and best-selling author, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is an accomplished strategic and operational leader with extensive expertise in program management, change management, strategy development, and organizational effectiveness. Her 23-year career spans from small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies, where she created and led high-profile initiatives, organizational transformations, and professional development programs. Through a compassionate approach, she empowers them to confront real issues and create realistic next steps to move forward confidently.
